Also, I have and utilize text messaging; it's a new age, sellers and buyers are sophisticated and I'm going to keep up with you! (It also unlocks the lock boxes via an infrared key devise, pretty cool tool)!
6. I have an excellent website and will continue to invest in internet marketing placement for it. I'm on a mission to be on the front page of all major search engines for many, many real estate relevant key word searches! Will I achieve this? Remember: "Jurassic Park."
7. My Listings (Your Property) will have royal placement on my website, each will have their very own web address; sort of a 24 hour open house for your buyers!
